On behalf of the Universal Peace Federation The Netherlands, we are happy to express our support for the Manifesto. Indeed it is true that democratic nations with a multi-party system, focusing on human rights and fundamental freedoms (even though they are not perfect), bring world peace much more closeby than nations where these things are lacking.
It is our deep wish and hope, that the present communist government will take your Manifesto seriously and start to cooperate with your movement to realize a true democracy in Vietnam.
